I'm on an apple baking kick. It all started with a trip to WalMart on which I purchased a jug of apple cider and the October edition of Good Housekeeping which included like 15 different apple recipes. So far the Chicken Apple Curry, and the Apple-Oat Muffins have been winners. Just ask my neighbors. I'm currently enjoying our Muffins-for-Coffee exchange program.

YES. People, have Amy cook some of her apple things for you. It's a blessing from above that I have a neighbor that likes to cook 'from scratch' meals. Maybe I can convince her to make muffins w/ apple in them? Mmmhhh.
